This agreement is appropriate as an add-on provision for our Web Design Agreement. All “add-on provisions” are intended to be added to an existing Agreement.
No “add-on provision” is intended to take the place of a full Agreement; instead, we have created our “add-on” provisions to allow those who have multiple practice areas of your business to be able to create a more “flexible” Agreement.

Description of pages to be edited and what editing entails
What deliverables your client can expect
How many revisions may your client request, and what is the cost of additional revisions?
The length and duration of the project
Price of the services
Responsibilities of the client, including providing materials, copy, logins, etc., and by what date
Option for the client to purchase an extended license for a set fee
Ability for the SEO to use photos of the clients project for use in online advertising
Agreement to give the SEO creative license
Ability for the SEO to take on other business activities and clients during the agreement
What happens if the SEO provider is incapacitated and unable to perform the services

This add-on provision is intended to be used by Web Designers who also provide SEO services.
This add-on provision should be added to your current SEO Service Agreement.
