Important note: if the Company ever wants to copyright the course, they must sign an additional copyright assignment agreement.

Standard legal clauses including: Intellectual property rights, representations and warranties, limitation of liability, confidentiality, compliance with law, amendments, indemnification, merger, force majeure, and notice
