The Relationship of the Parties provision specifies the type of “hiring” that is taking place by signing this agreement. This provision is to be used in contracts to specify that the relationship of the Parties is an independent contractor and employer, rather than employee and employer.

All “add-on provisions” are intended to be added to an existing Agreement. No “add-on provision” is intended to take the place of a full Agreement; instead, we have created our “add-on” provisions to allow those who have multiple practice areas of your business to be able to create a more “flexible” Agreement or to strengthen your existing agreement.
